Oct 2nd is Guinean Independence day and of course if you read this blog you should know I'm from Guinea because I'm Miss Guinea North America. Even though the other day I told someone I was from Guinea and they asked me if I was Ethiopian -_- yeahhhhh.lol Anyways on Saturday I went to this Hope For Guinea Foundation charity event that also celebrated Guinean independence. It was a lot of fun and I really learned alot about my country. I know alot of poeple don't know about Guinea cause we really aren't doing much in the world cause it's so corrupt because of the government but we have so many natural resources to offer to the world we just need the right people to run the country and develop it into the great nation I know it has the potential to become.
